This notice lists the providers used for Percher. A provider is a sub-processor only while it processes App Data on a customer's behalf, under the DPA.

Transfers to Spaceship rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) in Spaceship's Data Processing Addendum. Spaceship may use OpenAI's Moderation tool to scan limited portions of email content for spam, phishing and other harmful activity; OpenAI is then Spaceship's own sub-processor (Spacemail Terms, §3).
Percher does not send App Data to Polar. Cloudflare is used only for Turnstile on the sign-up, password-reset and public support-access forms and DNS-only authoritative DNS for percher.run; it does not proxy hosted application traffic. GitHub is a user-selected independent integration, not Percher's sub-processor for the customer's GitHub content.

The separate managed-inference feature is switched off; no provider receives Application prompts through it. Percher updates this notice and gives the notice required by the DPA before a new App Data sub-processor starts processing.
During the beta, App Data (logs, files, database content and diagnostics) sent for ordinary support requests must be submitted through a support case in the dashboard, including the public support-access case flow if you cannot sign in. General support questions may still be emailed to support@percher.app. The reporting channels abuse@percher.app, security@percher.app and legal@percher.app are unchanged. Percher's own support emails contain notifications and links, never case content.
For accounts created on or after 7 October 2026, the dashboard-only support rule applies from account creation and is disclosed at signup. For accounts that existed before 7 October 2026, it applies from 7 November 2026. Until then, dashboard cases are requested but not required, and App Data sent by email is handled under the current terms.
