Percher Subprocessor Notice

Effective date: 10 September 2026 Version: 1.0

This notice lists the providers used for Percher. A provider is a sub-processor only while it processes App Data on a customer's behalf, under the DPA. External AI crash analysis is currently switched off for the whole Service; while it is off, Anthropic receives nothing. When it is on, Anthropic receives the secret-scrubbed excerpt of the last 200 crash-log lines and technical context only for an Application whose owner has enabled Crash Diagnostics.

App Data sub-processors

ProviderService and App Data involvedProcessing location
Hetzner Online GmbHCore hosting, storage, network and backups; App Data hosted by PercherGermany and Finland
Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Anthropic)AI Crash Diagnostics when switched on for the Service and enabled for the Application (currently switched off); the diagnostic crash excerpt and technical context selected by PercherUnited States
Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend)Transactional delivery when a message contains application, deployment, diagnostic or support informationUnited States

Percher does not send App Data to Polar. Cloudflare is used only for Turnstile on the sign-up, password-reset and public support-access forms and DNS-only authoritative DNS for percher.run; it does not proxy hosted application traffic. GitHub is a user-selected independent integration, not Percher's sub-processor for the customer's GitHub content.
