Account deletion shows you what's in the way

Account deletion is now a two-step flow:

  • See blockers before you delete. Settings → Danger zone shows

the live list with one-line cleanup hints for each category: apps you own, accepted collaborators, pending invites, open PR previews, pending transfers, in-flight deploys, active restores. The Delete button stays disabled until everything is clear.

  • Per-category cleanup. Delete apps, transfer them, revoke a

collaborator, cancel a pending transfer — all from the existing pages. Nothing is one-way until you've cleared the list and confirmed twice.

  • Async finalize. Once confirmed, your API tokens are revoked

immediately and the account is removed within seconds. The finalizer also cleans up any incoming invites or pending transfers addressed to your email, so a future signup with the same address starts fresh.

CLI users get bunx percher account preview-delete for the same blocker list. MCP-using agents get matching tools that refuse to trigger the destructive path until they've shown the user what's in the way.
