Every change to Percher's legal documents is listed here, newest first. When a change affects your rights, we email every account holder at least 30 days before it takes effect.
The DPA requires notice before a subprocessor is added or replaced, including urgent changes. The existing right to object on reasonable data-protection grounds remains.

Spaceship, Inc. (Spacemail) is listed as a sub-processor. It hosts the support@, abuse@, security@ and legal@percher.app mailboxes in the United States, including addresses and message content, which may include App Data. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) in Spaceship's Data Processing Addendum. Spaceship may use OpenAI's Moderation tool, with OpenAI as its sub-processor, to scan parts of emails for spam and phishing.

During the beta, App Data (logs, files, database content and diagnostics) for ordinary support goes through dashboard cases, including public support access. For accounts created on or after publication, this applies from signup. For earlier accounts, it applies from the effective date; until then, cases are requested but not required and emailed App Data is handled under current terms. The abuse@, security@ and legal@ reporting channels are unchanged. Percher's own support emails contain notifications and links, never case content.

The Data Portability Register lists the exported source, retained deployment history, visitor statistics, build and runtime logs, and crash reports. It explains archive link exclusions, log masking and unavailable data. This updates the technical inventory without changing switching rights or obligations.

Crash Diagnostics now come from fixed rules within Percher, and crash logs are not sent to an external AI provider. The option of external AI crash analysis, which was switched off, is removed, and its provider is no longer listed. Section 3.3 explicitly refers to Section 9 and mandatory law for liability. No new processing and no change to your rights or obligations.

Corrections and shortening, no change to rights or obligations. The Privacy Policy now states the retention periods the Service applies to abuse reports and support cases. The Cookie Policy names the app-access cookies as set (__Host- prefix) and drops text repeated from the Privacy Policy. The AUP and Terms drop rules stated twice, the ARN filing fee and the AUP contact section; the language rule now sits in each document's header. The AUP keeps the rule against scraping the Service and restates the sanctions and export-control law that already applies.
